Pavla Dubeau
Your Facilitator.
Pavla Dubeau, creator and owner of the Shrine Temple. Passionate about travel since a young age, Pavla discovers life through experiences and soul connections. Inspired by Costa Rica, she founded Temple Sanctuary in the Wild in 2021 to host retreat groups to facilitate connection to self and soul family.
Certified 200h in yoga flow, prenatal and postnatal yoga, Pavla is inspired by nature to create workshops, ceremonies and events in the image of the Mother/Sea. Although she loves all elements, water and especially the ocean make her feel at home.
Facilitator in Alchemical Breathing 500h and trained by Annie Langlois with Essence of Breath, Pavla is fascinated by the liberating power of the breath and loves to share her knowledge of Breathwork in workshops and sessions.
